Special Notice to Prime Contractors and Subcontractors on Construction Projects – Mandatory Use of LCPtracker Beginning August 2017
In January 2017, TxDOT began the rollout of LCPtracker for the purpose of replacing the Electronic Project Records System (EPRS) for payroll reporting and prevailing wage monitoring. Projects that were let prior to January 2017 will continue to remain in EPRS until project completion.
The use of LCPtracker will become mandatory for all construction projects beginning with the August 2017 Letting. Learn more about the LCPtracker labor compliance system.
Special Notice to Contractors – Important Policy Change Effective Sept. 1, 2017
Effective Sept. 1, 2017, the Notice to Contractors will only be available electronically by email subscription and posted on the TxDOT website. The Texas Department of Transportation will no longer mail copies of the Notice to Contractors after August 2017.
For all entities meeting the requirements of 43 Texas Administrative Code §9.13, TxDOT will email the Notice to Contractors to the primary email contact on file for the company, to every iCX (integrated Contractor Exchange) user email address, and to all DMS (Diversity Management System) user email addresses.
To promptly receive the Notice to Contractors, please ensure a valid email address is on file for your company. If you would like another user to receive the notifications, please contact your internal iCX Administrator and have them create an additional user account for notification purposes.
TxDOT annually awards billions of dollars worth of construction and maintenance contracts for projects ranging from new roads to bridge improvements. Here, you will find information on upcoming projects. If you're looking to bid on a project, this checklist can help guide you through the process.
